San Juanita Herrera age 74 entered into eternal life on Monday, July 21, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital, Joliet, Illinois surrounded by her loving family. San Juana is survived by her cherished children: Diana Herrera, Raul (Katie) Herrera and her beautiful grandsons Marc and Mateo Herrera. Her loyal fur babies Pinky, Ori and Reo. San Juana's fond siblings: Roberto(Ramona) Trejo, Pola I. Rodriguez, Roel (Sandra) Martinez, Maria Jesus Flores (the late †Rafael Flores), Concha/Rodrigiez (Zacarias Moreno), Maria Luisa Ramirez (Arnold) and Gelacio (Fina) Rodriguez.

Preceded in death by her father †Ruben R. step mother(†Julia M. Rodriguez), Mother, †Maria Luisa Ortega Martinez step father(†Juan Martinez), her brothers: †Emilio (†Juanita) Trejo, Ruben B-B Rodriguez, †Juanita (†Carlos) Lepe , her baby sister †Maria Delfina Martinez and her late husband + Raul Herrera Sr.

Visitation will be 3-8 pm on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home 516 S. Washington Street, Naperville, IL. 

There will be additional services held in Rio Grande Valley as follows: Visitation 3-9 pm on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at De Leon Funeral Home 700 E. Expressway 83 in Pharr, Texas. Celebration of Life Service Friday, August 1, 2025 with prayers at De Leon Funeral Home at 8:30 am with procession to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 216 W. 1st Street San Juan, TX  Celebration of Life Mass 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery 4607 N. Sugar Road Pharr, TX.
