Samuel C. Moreno, 78, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Pharr.
Mr. Moreno is survived by his wife, Sylvia F. Moreno; children, Norma L. Moreno, Gregorio S. Moreno, Grabiela L. Moreno, Cindy Moreno, and Sarah M. Moreno; 17 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Maria Elena Moreno.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at De Leon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
