Rosa Pecina Alvarez

Rosa Pecina Alvarez, 79, went to be with the Lord on April 03, 2023 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. 

She is survived by her children, Francisco Alvarez Jr., Rosa Maria Alvarez and Jesus Maria Alvarez;  6 Grandchildren;  3 Great-Grandchildren;  Sisters, Aurelia Aaron, Juaquina Villines, Raquel Gomez and Dominga Montemayor;  And Brothers, Manuel Pecina and Maurico Pecina Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 3pm to 9pm with a 7pm rosary at De Leon Funeral Home.  A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 10am at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pharr.  Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery.
