Ricardo Abrego, 63, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at McAllen Nursing Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Rogelio and Hortencia Abrego.
Mr. Abrego is survived by his wife, Gloria Martinez; children, Richard Perez, Roy J. Abrego, and Samantha (Brandon) Avendaño; brothers, Roy (Paula) Abrego Jr. and Ray Abrego; and sisters, Becky Alvarez and Rachel (Frank) De Los Santos.
Rick worked all of his life for his dad’s business, Joe Daniel’s Tire Company in Pharr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 3pm to 9pm with a 7pm chapel service at De Leon Funeral Home. Cremation services will follow.
