Michael Eric Salinas, 42, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.

Michael is survived by his wife, Suzanne Salinas; children, Krystal Salinas, Michael Salinas Jr., and Emily Salinas; father, Guadalupe Salinas; mother, Maria Elena (Jose Juan) Alvarez; brother, Jonathan Salinas; and sister, Erica (Ricardo) Garcia.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm with a 7pm prayer service on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at De Leon Funeral Home. Cremation services will follow.
