Maria Del Socorro Rios, 71, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at South Texas Health Systems Heart in McAllen.

She is survived by her husband, Pascual Rios; children, Jose Rios Jr., Arlyne Rios, and Lydia Rios; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Elena Lopez, Maria Negrete, and Noemi Sanchez; and brothers, Jose Sanchez, Robert Sanchez, Lupe Sanchez, and Julian Sanchez.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 9pm with a 6pm rosary on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at De Leon Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Donna. Burial will follow at Donna City Cemetery.
