Juan Manuel Gonzalez, Jr., 76, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at McAllen Heart Hospital. He is preceded in death by his son, Luis Martin Gonzalez.

Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his children, Juan Manuel (Ana Silvia) Gonzalez, III., Lupita (Juan) Peña, Eddie Gonzalez, Hilda L. (Chris) Martinez, Hector Manuel (Vanessa) Escobar, Jose Escobar, Jerry (Olivia) Escobar, and Dennis (Laura) Escobar; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Guadalupe Gonzalez; and sisters, Dolores Coronado, Maria Estela Gonzalez, and Oralia Palacios.

Visitation will be from 1pm to 9pm with a 6pm rosary on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at De Leon Funeral Home. Funeral Mass be at 1pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan. Burial will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
