Cipriano Nieto

Cipriano Nieto, 81, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Guadalupe Nieto.

Mr. Nieto is survived by his wife, Maria Celia Nieto; children, Leticia Nieto, Martin Nieto, Norma Flores, Cipriano Nieto Jr., Juana Maria Sambrano, and Jesus Gerardo Nieto; 26 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Juana Duran, Adelina Garza, and Adela Nieto; and brothers, Antonio Nieto, Jose Luis Nieto, Fidel Nieto, and Adelaido Nieto Jr.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 9pm with a 7pm prayer service on Monday, March 23, 2026, at De Leon Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at San Juan Cemetery.
