Carmen R. Elizondo, 94, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at her residence in San Juan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo Elizondo.

Ms. Elizondo is survived by her children, Susanita Garza, Lorenzo Elizondo, Jr., Francisco Elizondo, Jesus Elizondo, Carmen Kline, Raquel Castro, and Eloy Elizondo; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3pm to 9pm with a 7pm rosary on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at De Leon Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held at 10am on Monday, September 23, 2024, at De Leon Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Magic Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
