Carlota V. Benitez, 91, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Benitez; and daughter, Norma G. Benitez.

Mrs. Benitez is survived by her sons, Roberto (Elisa) Benitez and Juan Carlos (Maria Teresa†) Benitez (Mirta Hinojosa); 5 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm with a 7pm rosary on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at De Leon Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alamo.
