Alicia R. Hernandez

Alicia Ramirez Hernandez, 67, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 22, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ignacio “Nacho” Hernandez, Sr.; parents, Heriberto Ramirez and Margarita Castañeda; and brother, Heriberto Ramirez, Jr.

Ms. Hernandez is survived by her children, Alma Alicia (Marco) Carranza, Rene Ignacio (Valerie) Hernandez, and Ignacio (Janise) Hernandez, Jr.; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Delia De La Garza, Veronica Lara, and Eva Dominguez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3pm to 9pm with a 7pm Celebration of Life on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at De Leon Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held at 10am on Friday, January 27, 2023 at De Leon Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
